We reserve the right to change these site terms and conditions at any time by posting changes online. You are responsible for regularly reviewing information posted online to obtain timely notice of such changes.   19. Refunds: MENTA do not offer returns or exchanges for download products that may have been bought by mistake unless the item you purchased is defective.
  20. Refunds : MENTA paid training sessions and masterclasses – if such an event is cancelled through no fault of our own, no refund will be offered. A full refund will be given if you choose to cancel your booking with 30 days prior notice. You should email: heretohelp@menta.org.uk  - For events, any stand or space booked for events such as the MENTA Business show require 60 days prior notice by email to heretohelp@menta.org.uk If you have any questions, please contact 01284 760206.

Free business support is delivered to clients against a project that has funded that delivery. MENTA from time to time shall offer free advice, places, and content from its range of commercial activity, and portfolio of support products. This free offer is limited to one such product or service in a six month period. This allows us to offer the widest possible client base access to our services.
